First off i want to say that Sprint s selling point is "Truly Unlimited Data" and "Zip, Zero, Zilch" for extra data costs. Well, i guess unless you want to actually USE that data! If you have a smart phone, you are required to be on the Everything Data plan - which is their more expensive plan - all because you have a data capable phone. They also charge you an extra $10 because of having a smartphone. If you call and ask about this extra charge, they will simply say "well, it's just the sprint policy". I'm sorry, i'm not too fond of being charged money because sprint feels like charging me extra. After contacting 3 different indaviduals the final answer is "Sprint delivers the best value and an exclusive Premium Data experience
with unlimited 3G and 4G data usage over the Sprint network for just $10
per month." - isn't this what the EVERYTHING DATA plan is supposed to cover? Obviously their "unlimited" comes with limitations - and extra fees even when they claim there is NO extra data fee.
