I purchased two subway sandwiches last night. Halfway through eating the sandwich hair was found... Threw sandwich away. Went to talk to subway today. Refused to refund money even though I went home to retrieve sandwich. Laughed and stated that I made the entire thing up and that I'm glad I have a camera. Never once asked me where I found the hair... Not apologetic... We go to that subway All the time. Last time patronizing...
