This complaint concerns the Arby's in Benbrook, Tx. I was there last week, and ordered the new barbcue sandwich... It was absolutely ghastly in appearance, as well as taste. Further, the manager assured me that Arby's doesn't have a senior discount, when I have received a 10% senior discount in the past.
