I placed a phone order on 2/17 @ 853. I arrived at Ihop 15 minutes, as i was told my order would be ready in 15. I am disgusted with your ridiculous customer service. I arrived and was told my food was not ready. So I waited and waited and waited... Ok... Thats fine, but tell me why my food order was completely cold? I live 5 minutes away by the time I arrived home the food was stone cold! This is not the IHOP i know!!!
Second, the chocolate chip pancakes were plain! What! No toppings? No syrup? Wow!
Third, I call to speak to a manager and explained the situation. This was his answer "im not sure why that happened"..."we can reheat it again"... OMG reheat it? OMG! IHOP you are disgusting!
