I am a beloved IHOP lover but on this day it was the worst experience ever. No one noticed that we had came into the restaurant. I had to flag down someone because they were all talking (this is the IHOP in the Bronx 961 174th Street). Upon being seated our server took about 15 minutes to bring us the menus. Once we placed our orders the food took about 30 more minutes. It was just my two small children and I. When the food arrived the it was burnt͵ my eggs were black and my pancakes did not look nothing close to the menu. It look like two thin pancakes thrown on a plate with a ton of crumbs on it. No fruit or marshmallows on it and I ordered the new banana gram cracker. There was no butter on my pancakes or my child's. Then I had to flag my server down for utensils and that took another 15 minutes and they were dirty with food stains on them. I had sent back the food and my utensils. I was very disappointed. I would've left but my children were hungry and there was no other breakfast places around. I even spoke with the manager and when the food came back it was the same͵ just a little bit of marshmallow on it I guess to make me happy. It was a overall horrible experience for my children and I.
