My husband and I went to have breakfast at the IHOP on Wolf Road, Albany, NY! The booth we were shown to was very tight to sit at. We placed our orders with the waitress and waited and waited and waited. Almost a half hour went by before the waitress came back and told us that the waffle machine was not heating to temperature. You would think they would have more than one waffle machine! This is ihop i thought!!! We finally got our food after waiting 35 minutes! This restaurant was filthy the service was poor and when I went to get up to leave I almost fell on the floor because the booth seat was loose!!! When my husband went to pay they did not have a register and were trying to make change out of their pockets! I will not be returning to this restaurant again!!! I used to LOVE IHOP but not any more!!! This place should not even exist!!!
