Today is Mother's Day 2012 and we went to IHOP in Rapid City, SD. What a mistake, we were seated within the first 5 minutes, that's the best thing I can say. Our waitress was really bad, took 15 minutes before she even came to say hello, can I get you somthing to drink, took another 20 minutes to get our drinks, ordered iced coffee, got no ice, waited over 45 minutes and still had not received our food. We left. This is the fault of the Manager who is not doing his job. Will not go back.
