We were seated right away by Cody, sat down at 7:13, finally acknowledged at 7:20 by our waitress Shy. She took our order and brought us drinks. Our food finally arrived to our table at 7:45 and we didn't see our waitress again. Shy apparently took our order then went on break. Cody became our server and provided excellent service, but the damage had already been done. The Mgr never even came by and asked us how everything was. We go to IHOP for breakfast on a regular basis on weekends, but everytime we go there for dinner this happens to us. Mgnt needs to figure out how to get everybody on board with good customer service or get new help.
