We had bought a dryer from them on the date of 01/27. They gave us a six month warranty. We do have a copy of the warranty. We called 06/24 and and told the fiance of mr. Christopher wise that the dryer we purchased from them had suddenly stop working. We told her that we do have the receipt and the warranty paper and she told us to go ahead and bring it in. When i took it in she asked me again what was wrong with it. I told her what was wrong with it and then her store phone rang she answered it and then suddenly hung up. Then she said that chris said since you laid the dryer down the warranty is voided. I began to tell her that nowhere on the receipt or the warranty paper does it say that. At that point i began to get angry because i was starting feel like they were just not trying to honor the warranty. The lady and i began to argue then she started to tell me that she was getting married and that she was stressed. I asked her what does that have to with you honoring a warranty i don't care about your wedding and she said i don't care about your dryer and then she told me to get my family and get out. My wife called the next day 06/28 and spoke with mr. Christopher wise he told her that i was not to come around to his store or else he will have something waiting for me. My wife told him that what had happen yesterday does not fix the dryer. He told her that he would fix the dryer but we will have to pay for it out of pocket because of the arguments between me and his girlfriend. My wife told him that has nothing to with the warranty. He just said whatever and hung up the phone..
