I bought a car from said dealership and within 4 months i had to change the battery, a tire, and the alternator. To make matters worse, when i finally had enough money to get it fixed (the altenator) and change the battery; they fixed the altenator and "put in a battery" (just NOT a new one)- one from an older car. When asked about the battery, they played stupid untill i told them the battery was from 3/07 (which was on the stick, which was on the "new" battery" i had just bought a month ago. You tell me whats wrong with this situation.
If anyone has any advice (legal wise), please help me. Im guessing this could be considered theft...?
