I went into Citibank branch located 1398 Fulton st Brooklyn Ny. There is manger there she is very rude and talked to people, also my self with no kind of personal experience. I went to open an account and after waiting 1 hour to speak to someone the first time i went and at that time some documents was needed so i left after being told i couldn't open an account. So i return the following day with the document that was needed and when i arrive they remembered me and i was told that she was not gonna open an account and she dont want to speak to me and i had no choice but to leave i felt so shame and they was there talking about me.
I wanna know can they tell you that you cant open an account with citi bank?
