I went into Citibank branch located 1398 Fulton st Brooklyn NY. There is manager there she is very rude and talked to people, also myself with no kind of personal experience. I went to open an account and after waiting 1 hour to speak to someone the first time I went and at that time some documents was needed so I left after being told i couldn't open an account. So I return the following day with the document that was needed and when I arrive they remembered me and I was told that she was not gonna open an account and she dont want to speak to me and I had no choice but to leave I felt so shame and they was there talking about me.
I wanna know can they tell you that you can't open an account with citi bank?
