I am pissed at the Brooklyn branch on Knickerbocker and Myrtle. I went in to the branch today, July 5th at around 2:47pm and the long was long. After patiently waiting, a Latino man told me to step up to the business accounts so he could service me. I slid my card and told him I wanted to get three checks and wrote down the names and amounts of the checks. They totaled 5500. He said it would be a $30 dollar charge. He studied the names for over 5 minutes and the told me he had to wait to get authorization. He left the counter and went in the back and never came back. I was furious because not only did he not acknowledge me to tell me what was going on, he left my account open. I was left there standing for over 20 minutes. I ended up walking off. Thus I had to go to another bank located downtown Brooklyn. Customer service at this branch sucks.
