As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and seated by a banker named Michael Genova at the east meadow citi bank branch
All I wanted to do was open up a checking account but he followed up with questions about where I work and how I like it
I told him about my credit history and offered a secure credit card to help build it
Then also offered advice to get a job with citi
The branch manager overheard and also recommended it
They then gave me complementary headphones
This was all very cool and am definitely sticking with citi just based on their customer service
