Bank of America did me wrong which caused physical health damage to me beyond repair. BofA caused health damage to an employee, and somehow has got to be illegal.
Is there a lawyer out there to file a lawsuit for me, are all lawyers afraid of BofA? Take a look at my story below and tell me how to get the substantial financial settlement owed to me.
My employer was Bank of America in Charlotte for 12 years. At 61 years of age, planning to retire at age 66, just 5 more years, BofA created a very high stress hostile event to push me out of the corporate world, like they have done so many older people before me. Prior to this, I had 2 heart attacks and my health was doing well. This high stress hostile event shocked me so bad it caused me to have another heart attack, which caused heart surgery, which damaged my health beyond repair, which caused an amputation, which caused pain/suffering, which caused nightmares/depression/anxiety, and this event robbed me of my last 5 years of total compensation for me and my family.
I thought there was protection for older employees in the working world. I asked BofA for my company pension and they have been ignored me.
