Im a landlord of a couple properties and i let Mike Padova rent out one of my properties and wow what a mistake that was. The tenants he puts in the properties are not proper;y checked. The tenant he put in my property if i was told about their background i would never a approved it. Goodluck trying to get a hold of Mike Padova, hes doesnt pick up and always makes sure that he gets his money. I filed a complaint against his shady management company in the BBB and I hope his company gets shut down, my address of propery 18554 OLIVE RD FORT MYERS FL 33967.
