Not only does Directv offer terrible customer service, They will debit your account without prior permission. They won't even tell you first. Then they claim it's in their service agreement and it's legal. Well if thats true why doesn't every business adopt this unethical practice. If you're late on your electric bill why don't they just look back at your last payment method, then debit your account, or phone company, cable, ETC.
