Sales team was not upfront with complete bundling package prices. They did not clarify that the phone service internet were completely separate, and it was customers responsibility to get it figured out.
Very misleading!
Customer Service was terrible.
They lock you into a 2 year contract which is expensive to get out of.
I would not recommend Directv.
