As a registered merchant, I had multiple incidents with Moneybookers.
1) They charged me unreasonable amount for withdrawal. They told me that the fee was charged by the third party they work with to transfer funds. The rate they charged was unbelivable high and about 20 times more than normal market rate.
2) They keep reserves for every received money. Then eventually this reserve disapeared. I still dont understand where the money had gone. There is nothing about holding reserves in the contracts
3) recently they reduced my balance of USD 36 to USD 0 for no reason. I've not receive reply yet.
They simply ripp you off.
