I was mistreated by a teller named Nino at Bank of America 's branch on 37th ave Balboa SF 94121. She was so rude and mean to me when I asked her by when I should make my credit card payment. She doesn't speak English well, and she didn't understand what I was asking her about. Maybe this caused her to lose face, and she got angry and rude. She didn't ask me politely to swipe my card; instead, she yelled at me like she's a general in an army bawling at her soldier. This lady named Ninois is not professional enough, and doesn't have courteous customer service skills.
