Instead of going to an ATM to withdraw money, I prefer going to the teller because I am willing to wait in line and request for somewhat new bills rather than old ones. The teller, Fernando, completely ignored my request and just gave me old bills. He even talked to another lady named Rosa about the situation and afterwards they both agreed that they didn't want to give me new bills. I waited in line again so I could talk to another teller and return the old bills but it turned out that Fernando and Rosa told that teller to not follow my request of getting what I wanted. It was harassment when Fernando and Rosa started to talk back to me saying that they will not give me any new bills. This is the only service that they can give to me yet they still refuse it from me. It doesn't even take that long retrieving new bills especially since there was no line of customers waiting. I was upset that they did not listen to me at all because it is their job to satisfy the customer. The fact that these people did not accommodate me and persistently denied my request gave me much stress and embarrassment in front of all the workers around me and my daughter who accompanied me. Because of this incident, I would like to withdraw my money.
