Water backup floods in basement and unpaid insurance claim

BOA is the absolute worst!!! I've had

3 water backup floods in my basement within the last month 1/2 and they have yet to pay up for the damages received. And it's been almost 2 months. Their representatives are rude and have no compassion had I known i would've never went with bank of america or there ripoff insurance Balboa!!!
