Jeremiah johnson &jasmine patel mis lad into metals investment, did not inform me of loss of funds, no profile statement was given

The company (cd hopkins) did not in form me of loss in the account until it was gone, I was told i would receice a profile statement to watch what going on with my account, still waiting. They told me i did not need experience, they were expert in the market, with severl years of experience in investing in gold & silver. Joe told, me i would be givin 4 commission free trades, did not happen. Now they drop off the planet.
