JP Beckerman and Paul Miller called as metals brokers who understood the metals market and had information and experience to buy metals at the appropriate time and sell at a later date. They say they held the funds in an account at TD Bank. One day the account was cleaned out and their phone numbers no longer worked. They had this in mind from the start.
Unfortunately I just went through a divorce, lost everything and am starting over. Well, it is going to take a little longer now.
