Credit service divisionccs ripoff, charged 99.00 to our bank account without any verification. Las vegas

This so called credit card company charged out bank account 99.00 a year for renewing and I didn't even realize we had it. We have complained to them and we still have not receive two years of "membership" back. I have called and argued that it is in my name and I never used the card or the catalog and that most importantly I never signed it to be issued or renewed. My wife told them to cancel it the first year and they still renewed it for the second year.
