Nationstar bought my loan about fifteen months ago. I live in a forty-five story building with one hundred and fifty million dollars worth of liability insurance. I pay hefty association fees to keep up the policy. Nationstar has been billing me for liability insurance. I have made attempt after attempt to prove to them that I have it. I think I have faxed to policy to everyone in their employ; they still do not have this corrected. Furthermore, I have been paying my regular mortgage payments, minus the charges for the insurance which I do not require and the thousands of dollars worth of interest they are attempting to charge me for not paying it. They are not crediting me with having made the payments and have messed with my credit report. I am attempting to buy a new car and am having difficulty securing a loan because, according to their records, I have not paid my mortgage, even though I have never missed a payment. My name on the loan is not even correct. I have a hyphenated last name and they blended it together and spelled it incorrectly. They don't even know who I am. Is there a class action lawsuit against Nationstar? If so, I am anxious to put my name on it.
