Nationstar falsely lead me to believe they would split monthly payments into two automatic withdrawals from my checking account. After closing refinance they said they couldn't do that.
Due to above, payment became late. I continued to make payments yet they attempted to begin foreclosure. They said that my payments are in a "suspense account" and are holding ~$11,000 in this account and not crediting these payments to my account and therefore show payments not being made. Is this legal?
They are unwilling to work with me, restructure the loan, add the two months they say I'm behind to the end of the loan. They don't care!
My credit rating has been hit very hard due to this and I can't even refinance with anyone else because of it. I never had a mortgage payment issue prior to Nationstar.
We are now looking into selling the house, one we all love, due to the nature of Nationstar's business practices.
