With all of the posts I have read on this site, as well as other complaints about Nationstar, I find it incredible they are still doing buisness, WHERE is the Federal Government here??? I am a homeowner who wants to pay for my mortgage, but even as an honest, hardworking individual, it's impossible to keep up with the constant "fees" Nationstar keeps adding on without cause. Now, to get out from under them, I'm forced to sell, I can't refinance because they keep reporting me late, even though I have "modified" my loan and even caught up payments. Now, I have found out that my pay off is about $15,000 or more than I believed my pay off should be due to fees and interest, they also escrowed my taxes after we agreed on a loan modification, making the agreed payment $250 more. They seem to WANT to foreclose on us! Does ayone know how I can fight back, even start a class-action law suit? It certainly seems there are enough fraudlent, illegal practices going on to do so.
