I am a victim of the lost payment and they are saying that i am behind 60 days. I pay my bill on line threw my bank and every month i have a return check fee of 3.77. I do not write a check to them. I send them over at least 200 a month over my bill payment and i am still late. How is it that they are able to rip people off.
I received a letter stating i was over billed by 1400.00 in charges that i should not have been billed. It was a part of the class action suit against fairbanks capital. Why can they stop them for doing this to peole. I have tried and tried to refinance but my credit is messed you due to fairbank error.
This all happen when they bought my loan from Equicredit and i have not cut you yet. And its still not straight and i am still struggles to catch it you. Thanks for listening.
