Ripoff the amount they required me to used is not reached and they cut me off and started billing me when the amount transferred from my bank account has not been used Nationwide

It all started when I authorized them transfer fund from my bank saving account and they transferred the amount required to open up my credit card.

It was an unsecured credit, however the amount they required has not been reached yet and they started billing me.
