Fairbank capital is a horrible company. Also like so many others i was forced into chapter 13 by fairbanks. The 4,000 that they claimed i was behind now is 22,000 the more i pay the more i owe. They went to court claming that i was not making my payments and got a release. I just dont under stand how they keep doing this. The attorneys in illinois are pierce and associates. Why they would represent somebody like fairbanks is beyond me. My mortgate payment was 579.00 and they put me on a 6 month forberance after they got the release from chapter 13 and now my mortgage payment is 846.00 and at the end of the foreberance which is in may i still owe them 22,000.
I am at my wits end with fairbanks i have been fighting them since 2000 when i was sold to them from wmc mortgage company. They have made my life so miserable. And again i will probally have to go back into chapter 13 to keep them from foreclosing on my house because i am not going to have 22,000 in may. I have tried to refinance but no one will refinance you from fairbanks because they put so much negative stuff on your credit which is not true and there is no way for you to get it off.
Is there anyone out there who knows of someone that will refinance from fairbanks please e-mail and let me know. I am desperate for help. Also i receive a letter from the class action suit stating that fairbanks charged me 6,000 in bogus fees. I signed the suit and sent it back in. It looks like to me since they know that they have done all this wrong that someone would make them reinstate our loans and take that negative stuff off our credit so we can refinance from them
