We'd been current with our mortgage repayments for first three years - spouse subsequently was let go - we approached them instantly for really small mortgage loan modification - we adopted all their directions - they informed us TO HOLD BACK and never create next cost until change was completed - 45 days later (we named them many times per week in this) we were subsequently refused the mod and informed we were today another month overdue!!! We've utilized five times in the last 24 months - they claim we're not qualified, but won't reveal why
We've browse the mods and we believe we were and therefore are qualified! They would like to foreclose. Whenever we contact them we never obtain the same individual twice plus they seldom understand something about our previous programs. Recently we named and talked with 2 individuals who offered us 2 various cost quantities and equally quantities vary from the court-appointed quantity (visited judge lately against them). Pay attention to this: in courtroom, they informed us to pay for as typical (which we'd been spending online or on telephone) whenever we attempted to create next cost, it'd not permit us to online, so when we attempted by phone we were used in an answering machine. We've quit communications and named daily to get a week WITH NO return calls from their website. They're thieves and scammers. We're ill over their poor business methods. They do not care one tiny bit concerning the good suffering they trigger! Group together individuals and join municipal suits against them!!
