The two banks offered me guaranteed credit card if I paid $37.50 for two cards (millenium bank), and $99 for a card (bank of america). I have not heard from them. I have just found out that the checks has been cashed by both banks. I have a copy of the checks. Please help get rid of these scums of the financial world. I will be willing to testify against these fraudulent establishments.
