Money missing from bank account with no approval or info ripoff

I was online yesterday looking at some credit card info. I filled out a form for more information on a new millenium bank credit card. I did not fill out an application for the card, nor did I give them my bank account information. I would still like to know how they got that information.

Today, I go online to check my bank account and I am overdrawn and there is a charge of $99.95 taken out. I called my bank to find out who took it, but all they could tell me was that it looked like a credit card, NMB Platinum. I googled this name and found New Millenium Bank and complaint.

I was surprised to see so many reports on this company. I feel cheated, but at the same time I feel better knowing that I am not alone.

I am going to call my bank now and ask them to reverse the charge or send me the Federal Reulation E dispute form. Thank you for the suggestions on how to get my money back.
