Recently, I noticed that I had a charge of $14.95 from PASSPORTTOFUN on my credit card for the past few months. I googled the name and came to usacomplaints.com. This is a fraudulent service that I never signed up for and apparently others have had the same problem.
I immediately contacted my credit card company (Bank of America) when I realized the charge was fraudulent. The billing dispute department of Bank of America is aware of this fraudulent charge, but I have not been reimbursed yet since I just became aware of the charge today. So I am led to believe that if Bank of America is aware of the problem then other national banks and credit card lenders must know of it too.
