Last year I have closed my Bank Of America bank account In Illinois before I moved to Wisconsin.in December I called them to make sure my account is closed. I have been advised by one of Bank Of America customer service representative, I had several hundred dollars overdraft fee. I was in shock! Then I try to tell her it is impossible, because I know I have closed my account with 0.00 balance. I have been asking Bank of America for a detailed statement since last year. I have never received anything. However I have been receiving letters from NCO Financial System-a collection company - with a settlement offer for "my" Bank of America account. It is amazing this corporation still in business. I know for sure I do not pay for them a dime because I know I have closed my account with 00.00 balance. The most interesting story is when the first time I called complaining about this account, the overdraft fee was only hundred something dollars. The overdraft amount was higher and higher every week even after my complains.
