Wrongful billing

I keep receiving costs for $11.99 x-2 each month. I've not purchased something through the corporation, or do i actually understand what they market. I've never gotten something through the email or elsewhere for almost any products ordered. There are usually 2 acquisitions removed from my checking acct. These aren't my purchases. Thanks, tommy
