We have tried for over 2 years to find out why $8.99 a month was being deducted from our checking acct. We are not familiar with internet shopping never have we done this.net Market has been taking $8.99 a month out of our Acct. For they last 4 years. When we finally found out who they were we contacted them. They could not find us in their system. We faxed them our bank statements twice still to no avail. Once we got nasty with them did they locate us in their system. We demanded our money be returned to us for the last 4 years. They inform us it has to go before a review board to deciede if they can do that. They can sure take our money but they can't give it back. They can sure take our money out of our acct. But they can't find us in their system. What is wrong with this picture. It is their way of being theives and getting away with it.
