This kinda crap really chaps my hide. I'm so tired of the way companies take advantage of their clientele by using sneaky language or including hidden fees, etc. After receiving a $79.95 charge on my card, I called them 20 times to find out what the problem was and both phone numbers I tried were busy - how often are toll-free numbers busy for hours at a time? I just hope that the credit agencies and banks will realize this scam and stop accepting charges ffrom them.
