Just made an inquiry to my credit card company about this Cic Credit Monitor Service. Then curiously typed in a search for the company, which sadly brought me here.
After reading these complaints I already know how they got me. I too, got a "free" credit report. I didn't bother reading the fine print - if there even was any. I was too busy viewing my credit report. Also... So does that mean they can access our credit reports as well?
I am researching & am definitely going to raise hell. I'm a single mother and that's $80 I can most positively use.
