Deposited $200.00 cash in ATM deposit envelope stuck I pushed it through with another envelope. Second envelope was stamped with account information not the first one with the money in it.
My account was frozen without notification rent check bounced that cost me an additional $125.00 I filed a claim it was denied. The employee that filed my claim did not mentioned the stuck envelope.
BofA says the depository was not out of balance. I refiled my claim and was told that all my information was now correct. Claim was denied again.
I asked to have an investigator contact me I was told I would be contacted within 72 Hrs. No contact. I called again and was told the "investigators never call claimants" I have filed my claim for the third time.By the way I was told that the "stuck envelope information was again not in the report. $200.00 give me a break!
The claim is still pending. It is not rocket science - envelope with $200.00 - no account information - empty envelope with account information including the amount to be deposited.
B of A sucks big time.
