Chemical banks steals 1500 dollars cash from atm deposit Ripoff

I deposited 1500 dollars cash into chemical banks atm the one by rite aid. When i call my bank issabella bank the following monday i was told it could be a coula days befor it hits my account. I was like ok so i called chemical bank and the idiots tell me that the envelope was empty except for a 10 dollar check. I even have a witness that saw me put the money inthe envelope and the taxi driver drove me to the atm and i deposited that envelope into there atm. Now because of them i have 640 dollars on top of 1500 that im in the hole at issabella bank
