Bank of America is always misplacing or losing my deposits. Holds government deposits which are supposed to be posted at midnight even cash deposit deducts checks or debits first, instead of the deposits. I have found the overseer address for all American banks and maybe if enough people are tired of this treatment they go to hhp://www.bankingombudsman.
