I have been banking with Wachovia for several years; however, since the merger the have been repeated mistakes. I have direct deposit and had it for years; however, I am experiencing that Wachovia is holding the deposits (and allowing checks to go through as a result, having insufficient funds. I am tired of getting rude, insensitve remarks. If I made the mistake, I will take responsibility; however, this was not my fault. I got a $. 05 charge and was charged an additional $35. Please assist if you can.
