Capitol Acquisitions and Management Company Ripoff! They claim I owe money. They're wrong

I received a letter stating I owed Bank Of America $4001.44 dated February 10. I have never had any dealings with Bank Of America. The first clue that this is fraudulent is that I always use my full name with middle initial. The second clue is that when I called their toll free number (877-298-0845) ext. 1515, I got an answering service. When they transferred me to that extension it rang for a while, then i got a busy signal... I will continue to investigate this company to my fullest ability
