I called their customer service (a man who spoke awful English) to confirm my credit card payment would be cleared on time because it was just before the weekend. He assured me it would, that e-payments get processed over the weekend.
Lo and behold the payment was late, my credit card company charged me all sorts of fees that added to about $100 and Citibank doesn't give a darn.
This is just ONE example how how awful this bank is.
