My association with your Chase Bank goes back a long way and I want to inform you that this is not the first time I am encountering such a problem. Whenever I go to that branch it takes them forever to take care of one transation. Manager name Yana B. And a teller Mariana were not nice they do not know how to take care of customer. This is ridiculous! Something needs to be done about those two employee. Apparently, Chase has established a policy where they send away people who aren’t happy with their service.
