I am very unhappy about the service I received from Chase. I went to the bank to have my funds transferred from my unemployment secure card to my account. The lady scanned my card then came back and told me that their system was down. However, my funds came off of my card but was not in my account. I spoke to branch manager Jorge in Hammond, In. His attitude was very unprofessional. He told me to go to the umemployment office. I did so and they told me that it was stuck in cue for Chase. I pulled it up on the computer and took to the bank to show proof. Jorge would not look at it and basicly just brushed me off. Needless to say I did not receive my money. They would not reverse the transaction and I was left to suffer the consequences of someone elses mistake. I was a Wamu customer never had any problems at all until Chase took over. This is ridiculous! Something needs to be done. I was unable to pay my bills. I have a green notice from Nipsco and no food. What am I to do. Please help get these chase people in line.
