We were very unhappy with Intuit Mearchant Services. We had numerous returned checks charged to our account because of “security” on their checking account. I think that they misrepresent your service as being easy and convenient, which it is not.
I also called in at one point to ask what I should do about our first returned check. Their representative told me to physically deposit it at the bank. I did this, which we were later told by another representative, was the incorrect thing to do. So, they cleared the check and I cleared it at the bank. Our customer was then charged twice for the same amount, which is now a situation that I have to fix. Even though their representative gave me the wrong advice, I was told that their company has no means of fixing the issue.
From now on, our company will think twice before trying their services.
