I have been using Intuit for almost 10 years because we use Quickbooks to run our business and after taking over the cash management form one of my employees I realized Intuit have been skimming my account. I am certain they have committed fraud with my account.
Deposit are held for various reasons and always a different excuse from Intuit customer service who by the way are of the worst I have ever encountered.
Intuit holds funds and does not notify me that these funds are held. If I don't reconcile and follow up almost daily they do not notify me and the funds are lost in "intuit land"
Intuit does not operate a honest business. I suggest anyone considering a payment processor for their business overlook this company.
