I signed up for Ituit Merchant Services some time in the beginnig of 2012. About a month ago I received my first charge back. I paid the amount to Intuit for the total amount of the charge back. Not knowing that they were NEVER charged by the cardholders bank. I wanted to dispute the charge back so I sent a dispute package with the information back to Intuit Merchant Srvices and was assured they would disput this. Several weeks go by and I get an Arbitration Notice that states I need to send a dispute package. WHAT? I had already sent it! Come to find out after calling Intuit my dispute package was NEVER sent.
My second carge back was placed by error of the cardholder. The cardholder tells me she is so sorry and all I have to do is call her cardholder and they will put the payment back through. So I do! A week later Intuit Merchant Services trys to withdraw the amount from my bank account. When I call Ituit they tell me that this chargeback was never cancelled. So call the cardholder and they provided me with proof from there bank and card issueing bank. The cardholder was charged and there is NO charge back. If there is NO charge back I sure want to know why Intuit Merchant Services is trying to STEEL my money.
If this wasn't bad enough it happens again! Same issue! NO charge back but Intuit trys to withdraw another amount from my bank account. Claiming there is a charge back. Not only do I have my Customers support but they were all so nice to provide me with solid evidence! Look out Intuit, I coming!
